Erin Lilli is an eighth year PhD candidate in Environmental Psychology at The Graduate Center, CUNY, and an adjunct lecturer in Urban Studies at Queens College and the Graduate Center for Planning and the Environment’s Urban Placemaking Program at Pratt. She has taught courses on urban diversity, housing, inequality, and research methods. Her current research focuses on Black Geographies of gentrification through the material conditions and experiences had by long-term Black renters and homeowners in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. Additionally, Erin is a member of the Public Space Research Group, is WRAC certified through Kingsborough Community College, and is a co-facilitator of pedagogy workshops for Teaching Environmental Psychology Critically.
